You can apply from age 16 (you must be 17 on exam day). The course usually takes 4–6 months.

You can apply from 16, the exam is from 17 (you can take it the day after your 17th birthday).
How much does it cost?
Car from 1 249 €, motorcycle from 1 090 €. Plus the first-aid course and the stamp fee.
How long does it take?
Usually 4–6 months, depending on your pace. The maximum course length is 12 months.
